This 7 week energetic coaching sessions provides you with a chance to deeply explore your 7 energy centers, build healthy self care rituals, explore working with healing stones and develop a meditation practice. You’ll gain insight into the primary energy centers that require your nurture. Your weekly soul journey will consist of a 50 minute live conference call, weekly distant healing mediations, and personalized self care recommendations to nourish your soul.

Each soul journey is personalized to the healing goals that you are currently working on. Our work together begins with a 40 minute zoom call to connect and set your intentions for your 7 week journey.
